Off WordPress. Into your agents.

We rebuild sites from WordPress, Webflow and other CMS platforms as fast, code-based sites your team updates by asking Claude Code, Codex or your own agents. Every URL, ranking and redirect comes with you.

What you get

  • A code-based site

Your pages rebuilt as a fast Astro site, with content in plain Markdown files instead of a database behind a login.

  • An agent playbook

Written instructions your AI agents read before every change: brand rules, page templates, and what they may and may not touch.

  • A review gate

Every change lands on a branch, runs the build checks and gets a preview link. Nothing goes live until someone approves it.

  • Your search equity, intact

Every URL mapped, every redirect in place, and titles, descriptions, schema and sitemaps carried over.

  • A site AI can read

Clean HTML, structured data and an llms.txt file, so assistants like ChatGPT and Perplexity can parse and cite your pages.

What comes across in the move.

  1. Pages and posts

    01

Exported, cleaned of page-builder markup and shortcodes, and converted to Markdown.

  2. Media

    02

Images and files moved, compressed and served from fast storage.

  3. URLs and redirects

    03

A full map of old paths to new ones, so rankings and backlinks carry over.

  4. Forms and integrations

    04

Contact forms, CRM hooks and analytics rebuilt without plugins.

  5. SEO metadata

    05

Titles, descriptions, canonical tags, Open Graph and schema markup.

  6. Your brand rules

    06

Voice, design and approval rules written down for the agents that will edit the site.

Your CMS was built for people clicking buttons.

WordPress and most traditional CMS platforms keep your content in a database behind an admin screen. That works for a person with a login. It is awkward for an AI agent, which works best with plain files it can read, change and check.

An AI-native site keeps every page as a file in a git repository. An agent can read your whole site in seconds, make a change across twenty pages at once, run the build to confirm nothing broke, and open a preview. Every edit is versioned, so anything can be rolled back.

What changes for your team

Instead of logging in to find the right settings panel, a marketer writes something like: add a pricing FAQ to the enterprise page, match our tone, and link it from the nav. The agent makes the edit, follows your brand rules, and sends back a preview link. Someone approves it, and it goes live.

The same setup lets you automate the routine work: publishing articles from an AI content system, refreshing outdated pages, or fixing broken links across the site on a schedule.

How we migrate

  1. Audit. We crawl the current site, list every URL, template, form and integration, and pull its search data.
  2. Rebuild. Templates become components in Astro. Content is exported, cleaned and converted to Markdown.
  3. Agent setup. We write the playbook your agents read and set up the branch, build and preview workflow.
  4. Launch. Redirects go live with the new site, and we watch Search Console and analytics closely for the first weeks.
  5. Handover. Your team learns to request changes, review previews and approve them.

We run our own site this way.

The site you are reading is an Astro build edited by Claude Code. For weeks an agent published new articles to it every day, with no CMS involved. If you are weighing the move, start with our guide: should you migrate from WordPress to Claude Code?

Questions, answered.

01

Will we lose our search rankings?

Not if the migration is done carefully. Rankings are usually lost through broken URLs and missing metadata, so we map every old URL to its new path, add 301 redirects, keep slugs the same where possible, and carry over titles, descriptions, canonicals, schema and sitemaps. We monitor Search Console after launch.

02

Can people without technical skills still update the site?

Yes, and usually more easily than before. Instead of finding the right screen in a dashboard, your team describes the change to an agent such as Claude Code. The agent edits the files, runs the build and sends a preview link to approve.

03

Which AI agents can edit the site?

Any agent that can work with files and git, including Claude Code, OpenAI Codex and similar tools. The playbook we write is plain text, so it works across them, and you are not locked in to one vendor.

04

Could we keep WordPress and connect it to Claude instead?

Sometimes that is the right call. Several MCP plugins now let Claude edit WordPress posts directly, and for a large editorial team that lives in the WordPress editor, that can be enough. We will tell you plainly on the first call which route fits.

05

Who is this not a good fit for?

Sites built around heavy ecommerce such as WooCommerce, membership platforms, or newsrooms with many editors who need a visual editor all day. Those can move too, but the case is weaker and we will say so.
